QUALIFICATIONS
All perspective applicants are required to complete and sign the application below, provide all necessary paperwork, and pay the non-refundable application fee. This fee is required to be paid by every person age 18 and older and covers the cost of the credit and criminal background checks performed on every adult person applying.
Once received and approved, a verification of income will be completed by staff.
Minimum Income Limits are as follows:
1 Bedroom = $12,270.00
2 Bedroom = $15,390.00
3 Bedroom = $16,110.00
4 Bedroom = $16,710.00
Once we have determined that you meet all our qualifications, you will be placed on our waiting list. Once on our waiting list, you will be contacted when an available townhouse is ready to view.

FEES & SCREENING
Colonial Townhouses uses rental scores, provided by BetterNOI, in determining approval or denial of your membership application. Rental Scores are a more comprehensive system than credit checks alone in providing previous and current financial history. Such information provided to Colonial Townhouses using this system may include: your bill-paying history, the number and type of accounts you have, collection actions, outstanding debt, income, and the number of inquiries in your consumer report. In addition, a criminal history inquiry will be performed on all applicants and occupants, 18 years of age and older.
Non-Refundable Application Fee: $30 per adult applicant (18 yrs +)
