Maintenance is provided, lawncare of the common areas is taken care of, and there is no yearly property tax bill to worry about. Sounds to good to be true? Well, it's not! 

Cooperative living offers an opportunity to become involved in your neighborhood while living amongst other people who share your same desire to maintain a beautiful home and garden. 

Membership grants you access to annual community events, a reservable clubhouse, monthly board meetings and so much more! For a nominal monthly fee called a "carrying charge", members enjoy the freedom of an (almost) maintenance-free lifestyle (like renting) while getting to design and decorate their home as they wish (like owning)!
